Security and data

Placed at the entrance of your website, the Qommis agent sees your visitors’ IP addresses go by: they are personal data. Here is what Qommis does with them.

Your data

  • Qommis acts as a processor, within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, under a written agreement signed before installation.
  • The report contains no IP address and no visitor identifier.
  • The Qommis agent, in closed beta, will open the basket and checkout to verified agents only: an unverified agent will not be able to write anything (order, basket, booking).
  • The lines recorded by the Qommis agent are the only data Qommis keeps, and they belong to the client.

On this website

The site sets no cookies, does not measure its audience and loads nothing from third parties. Like any host, Scaleway processes visitors’ IP addresses to serve the pages, on its servers in France. Data seen by the Qommis agent on a client’s website is processed under a data processing agreement signed before it is installed.
